You may register in person on April 19th, 11:30-12:30 at the Stone House in Forest Hill Park. Please note: T-shirt sizes may be limited and a T-shirt is not guaranteed for day of registrations. About the race: WHAT: Be a part of the Forest Hill Spring Classic, a series of bike races and activities for ages 2-12:
WHERE: Forest Hill Park, 4021 Forest Hill Avenue, Richmond, VA 23225 WHEN: Sun., April 19, 11:30-3 p.m. (Rain Date: April 26th)
TRAINING: NEW: No training this year, please come out to the park and practice with the kiddos ahead of the race. SAFETY: All RACERS MUST BRING AND WEAR A HELMET: NO EXCEPTIONS!! NOTE from Virginia Outside:
These races are designed to get new riders involved in the sport of cycling. Although these races will be timed, the purpose of this event is to have fun and enjoy our wonderful park and its facilities. The event promotes being outside and meeting our neighbors in the community. All participants will receive a completion medal and the top 3 in each race will receive medals. Proceeds from the race will go to Friends of Forest Hill Park. |
